At the beginning of year, it is customary to summarize results and make new plans. Who are we to ignore this tradition, since today is the beginning of a new year, the third year for UWB 🙋🏼♀️.
During this time, we have had achievements and losses, victories and misfortunes, periods of exhilaration and fatigue.
But despite everything, we have to continue our fight, help the army, be a reliable rear and support, because the life of the whole country depends on it.
So today we want to share with you the results of our joint activities over the past two years, because together we have done a lot!

Today is our 2nd anniversary. Let’s sum up and move on!
Over these two years, we have closed hundreds of requests (from medicines and tools to body armour and drones) from the military for total amount over 3.2 million UAH. This is the money you have entrusted us with.
And to speed up the closing of the fundraisings and make you want to donate to it even more, we have organised the following initiatives:
- Give Christmas to the military (2022, 2023)
- 8 March at the front (2023, 2024)
- Pysanky for war heroines (2023)
- Torbynka turboty (2023)
- Valentines for the military (2023)
- Heart in armour (2024)
- Charity brunch in Lviv (2023)
- Our item (a flag signed by Budanov) was sold at the Underground Standup auction.
Another of our activities is supporting women.
To provide women affected by the war with free psychological assistance, we created socio-psychological project “Holos Zhinky”, as a part which a number of online and offline art therapy sessions has conducted and provided qualified psychological help to dozens of women.
Over the past two years, we have found reliable partners and true friends who have joined our fundraisings.
And dozens of other great and conscious Ukrainian businesses, brands and educational institutions.
We have also received awards for our work.
- Gratitude from the brigades we helped
- Zolote Sertse Award 2022 from the President of Ukraine.
- Volunteer Award 2022 from the Euromaidan SOS civil initiative in cooperation with the Ukrainian Volunteer Service.
However, our everyday life was not all about volunteering. We managed to study, attend classes, trainings, webinars to become even more professional and effective, and became a real family, giving each other small joys.
