How much is worth the life of a Ukrainian child?
In any European country, such a question would be shocking, but not in Ukraine… because it is our reality.
The International Children’s Day reminds us of the need to respect children’s rights to life, freedom of thought, education, recreation, protection from physical and psychological abuse, and protection from child labour exploitation.
All countries understand the need to protect, first and foremost, the needs of children as citizens of their country and nation.
All but …
Today, Ukrainian children need the most protection…
War takes away not only all mentioned above children’s rights, but children themselves.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, more than 1,899 children have been affected by war, 548 have died, and more than 20,000 have been taken from their parents and moved to foreign territory.
On the occasion of the International Children’s Day and the Day of Remembrance of Children killed as a result of russian aggression, the Ukrainian Women’s Battalion announces a fundraiser to close the requests of the soldiers, stop the war and protect Ukrainian children!
Fundraiser will be lasted from 1 to 4 June. You could send your donations to the box https://send.monobank.ua/jar/8R9fU1AZZK.
